No. Each plan is a flat monthly price for the whole workspace: Free is $0 for up to 10 members, Starter is $19 a month for up to 20, Pro is $49 a month for up to 50, and Enterprise is priced for your team. Adding a teammate inside your plan's limit costs nothing extra.
Yes. The Free plan stays free for up to 10 members, with one project, 1 GB of file storage and 10 AI credits a month. No credit card is required to start.
Boards, backlog, list and calendar views, sprints, drafts and time tracking, pages and files, and Ask Noa with spec-to-tickets. Paid plans add more members, projects, AI credits and storage, plus GitHub and Slack on Starter and above.
Credits meter Noa's usage. One credit covers about $0.05 of model cost, priced per token, so a quick question uses a fraction of a credit and a long document analysis uses more. Every plan includes a monthly pool, admins can cap individual members, and top-up packs last a year.
Everyone in the workspace, including people with a pending invitation. Archived projects don't count toward the project limit.
Nothing is deleted. If a downgrade leaves the workspace over its member or project limit, it's locked, AI included, until an admin removes the extra members or projects or upgrades again.
